The Management Team
Allestree Health & Homecare Services comprises of a qualified team of carers dedicated to offering the best in personalised care services. Expertly managed by Justine Carlier, a care industry professional with over 20 years of experience and an Allestree local, we specialise in providing professional and respectful care and assistance to residents of Allestree, Darley Abbey, Duffield, and Quarndon.
She is skillfully assisted by Tracey Hibbert, Angela Douglas, and Richard Douglas, all equally dedicated to providing quality home care and health care. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are continuously striving for excellence in all areas of our service.
The Carers
Each of our dedicated carers is highly qualified, holding a minimum NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2, and have comprehensive experience in the care industry.
Our carers also have a Full Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau and undergo a strict recruitment process and extensive screening prior to their employment with Allestree Health & Homecare Services.
